Remember to commemorate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights this December 10. The US could stand much to learn from truly democratic Costa Rica, CA where they abolished the military over 1/2 a century ago, and start by abolishing the the infamous "School of the Americas" in Fort Benning, Georgia, where many a Latin American general has been trained only to return to his homeland to torture
/ disappear his own people. A change of name is not sufficient.
