URGENT ACTION- The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has been informed that more than 3,000 people have been arrested in a joint operation named "Operation Clean Heart" to crack down on criminals in which nearly 40,000 army troops are taking part. AHRC is extremely concerned that 10 people have died in mysterious circumstances during the ongoing operation.
