In case you're not following this story. The U.S. is about to have elections for its congress, and at the moment the Congress is virtually tied beween the Republicans (Bush's pro-war party) and the Democrats (who HAD a single vote majority. Now, days before the election the most outspoken Democrat against Bush's war Wellstone, mysteriously gets killed in a small plane "accident". Curiously, the last U.S. Politician to so die, was running for the Senate against John Ashcroft, Bush' Attorney General, who is single-handedly taking away basic civil liberties. Because of this "accident" there's a good chance that Bush's party will form a majority, and Bush's wars can go on un-opposed. "All's fair in love and war"?
