For 17 yrs. or more the Schaumburg police have ben in a conspiricy to conceal ......... dirty tricks and scare tactics in a rigged police lineup,false arrest and imprisonment,armed kidnapping, deviate sexual assault, Rape and murder of young women in the suburbs

The schaumburg Illinois Police dept. is dirty and has been for 19 yrs. I want to solve some unsolved sex murders
remove a serial killer from society.
