Oct. 15 (IMC) Preliminary reports are emerging from two Independent Media Centers that Microsoft Hotmail users are experiencing a blocking of emails intended to be delivered to them.

Ten users accounts related to the Aoteroa Independent Media Center and several affiliated with the Chicago Independent Media Center are not receiving their email, say IMC technical administrators.
