PALESTINE 101: TEACH--IN & CALL TO ACTION
Palestine 101: Teach-In & Call to Action will be held on Saturday, October 12th at the Palatine Public Library from
1:00pm - 5:00pm.
Northwest Suburban SUSTAIN (Stop U.S. Tax-Funded Aid To Israel Now!) will sponsor "Palestine 101: Teach-In & Call to Action" on Saturday, October 12th at the Palatine Public Library. The library is located at 700 N. North Court--just
northwest of the intersection of Northwest Highway and Hicks Road. The free program will begin at 1:00pm and conclude by 5:00pm. The local chapter of SUSTAIN based in Palatine has members in Barrington, Arlington Heights, Des Plaines, Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg and Park Ridge.
The "Palestine 101" Teach-In" will offer a panel of academics and activists that will address the Palestinian
and Israeli conflict as well as related topics including U.S. plans for a preemptive attack on Iraq.
