These are some photos of Chicago Police manning the barricades at and around 17th and Constitution, south of the White House. This general area appears to be where the police geared up before moving against demonstrators. Officers at the barricade were overheard telling passers-by that they were from Chicago (as if the uniforms weren't enough). (article 3)
