The needs of the many do not outweigh the needs of the few, or the one. This reality, is just the opposite, the needs of the many can be met only if the needs of the individual, are met. Only if the individual has the autonomy and environment to provide for her own needs. The group becomes stronger and more functional as its individual members grow in strength and functionality.
