Then they came for the legal non-immigrants, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a legal non-immigrant. Then they came for the people with green cards, and I didn't speak out because I don't have a green card. Then they came for naturalized citizens of foreign origin and I didn't speak out because I'm not a naturalized citizen. Now they're coming for the native born US citizens and there is no one left to speak out for me.
