Government appeals court ruling to open Haddad hearings to public
On Tuesday, the federal government won a postponement of today's scheduled immigration hearing for imprisoned Ann Arbor Muslim cleric Rabiyah Haddad, while the government appeals a federal court ruling that ordered it to open Haddad's immigration hearings to the press and public.
