Dorian Breuer of the Pilsen Greens has presented the Chicago Department of Environment with a videotape documenting massive pollution from the H. Kramer plant in Pilsen. He asserts that this pollution was a clear violation of the Clean Air Act. He alleges that H. Kramer makes a practice of polluting in the middle of the night in order to avoid the scrutiny of the community. He alleges that this pollution was not an isolated incident, but that it occurs on a regular basis.
