Chicago officials refuse to act on report saying 4 men framed for murder should be freed

The gossip news website Buzzfeed of all places has secured a copy of an official Chicago report (currently under court seal and commissioned by Rahm Emanuel) saying that four Chicago men convicted of murder were all framed by a Chicago police detective. Despite the report's findings, the office of Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez has refused to reopen the cases.
