On December 23, Occupy Chicago got a big lump of coal for Christmas when the Illinois Appellate Court overturned the finding of unconstitutionality against some 300 arrestees affiliated with Occupy Chicago amidst the attempted takeover(s) of Grant Park in October 2011.
