In connection with Filipino History Month this November,
it is appropriate to commemorate the life and works of Carlos Bulosan,
re-assessed here by Filipino scholar and public intellectual, E. San Juan, Jr.
San Juan edited two collections of Bulosan's works, both published
by Temple University Press: ON BECOiNG FILIPINO, and THE CRY AND THE
DEDICATION.
