The war against Iran won't happen. That's just Bob Avakian's wet dream... what needs to be exposed, confronted and denounced is the homophobic virulence of the Iranian theocracy.

The aptly named "Ridiculous" is out of touch with reality. I guess he hasen't read that some 221 members of the Congress of Killers have sponsored a resolution calling for a "blockade" of Iran. I guess he missed both McCain and Obama threatening Iran because it has the timerity to test missiles.

It is amusing to watch George Bush and the two clowns who want to serve as the next President Liar and Killer rail against a nuclear Iran. But then they may have a point, since one rogue nation in the past attacked Japanese cities in the sole use of nuclear weapons, killing hundreds of thousands.

"Ridiculous" is correct in his characterization of the Iranian leadership as homophobic. But bombing the hell out of Iranians will only drive more people into the arms of the mullahs for protection.

Do you want to gamble on it? Mark my words, the USA will NOT attack Iran. Heck, even if Israel and Iran fight each other the USA will stay out of it. You know why? Because the "ruling" class (aka these 221 members of Congress, the President, etc.) knows that anti-war sentiment is far to high. There's so much war a regular population can swallow. We might not have the draft, but with a huge deficit and a so-so economy the mood for imperialism has reached rock bottom.

OK, but what if it happened and you stood by and didn't speak your objection. Who's got egg on his face and how do you "get real"!
