The anti-war movement is gaining momentum as the warmongers in the Bush administration and Congress continue to fund war and occupation. On Sept. 15 in Washington, D.C., nearly 100,000 people marched to stop the war. Oct. 27 is the next step. On that day, there will be coordinated anti-war actions in cities throughout the country. The ANSWER Coalition is mobilizing for all regional actions on that day including a mass march and rally in Chicago. Hundreds of anti-war/peace and social justice organizations are working hard to build protests around the country throughout the month of October. Many thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds will march on Oct. 27 to demand "End the War Now!"

The Chicago chapter of the International Solidarity Movement (www.palsolidarity.org) endorses and supports this action. The ANSWER Coalition, unlike United For Peace & Justice, has always made sure that the issue of Palestine is on the agenda!
