While many school's have an official history, praising the adminstration for working hand in hand with business officials, A People's History of DePaul focuses on the students and teachers who stood up and fought for radical change. Whether it be the socialist club at DePaul in the 1930's, black students who occupied buildings in the late 60's, anti-war demonstrations on campus that lead to concrete victories or feminist students who had their own theme house, DePaul has a vibrant history of radicalism and dissent.
Come learn about it.
