This is an annual conference sponsored by the GSA that has been excellent in the past and looks quite interesting this year--taking place at DePaul University on May 12-14, 2006.

The schedule for the conference has been put on the GSA website, so you can get a good idea of the range of speakers who will be presenting and the wide range of topics/issues to be discussed. Many of the presenters are activists themselves, and these conferences are a good site to have academic/activist interactions, build linkages, etc.
