Chicago Diner Chef Jo Kaucher will demonstrate a vegan Thanksgiving dinner at EarthSave Chicago’s November potluck. The menu includes roasted veggie turkey, stuffing and gravy, cranberry relish and raw soup. The December potluck will emphasize vegan-cooking options for the holiday season.
WHY
The potlucks are part of EarthSave Chicago’s initiative to promote a shift toward a diet that is healthier for people, animals and the planet.

November potluck: Sunday, Nov. 13, 6:30 p.m.
December potluck: Sunday, Dec. 11, 6:30 p.m.
HOW
Participants are asked to please bring a favorite holiday vegan dish to share, a serving utensil, and a place setting (plate, napkin, cup, utensils). Vegan food is plant-based and free of all animal products (no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, honey, or animal derivatives). Vegan desserts are always appreciated. Registration is not required.
