Robert Taylor Homes Community Housing Activist
Barbara Moore.

I know you know her, how could you forget her?

Gray hair decends from her head like an African crown packed with wisdom,at times she were barely able to stand, but yet she stood up against injustice at a many of our rallies, plus she rolled up to every CHA board meeting in her wheel chair undetoured from what she believed in. I know you know her an elderly woman who voice echo out among the clouds like thunder all without a blow horn.

She is known for her fight against CHA and the stand off with her building that was located at 5266 South State street before it met up and ended with a date with the wrecking ball.
