"Throughout the Air and Water Show, displays for a host of commercial and military entities and services were openly available and openly distributing flyers, yet police questioned activists for merely handing out flyers as "protesting" the Air And Water Show."
That just means that the next year you guys have to pay for a good spot, just like Verizon, Bank of America, etc. did.
This has nothing to do with stiffling freedom of speech. This a a for-profit event and your organization wants to occupy a spot on premises for free?
