More inter-city passenger rail is needed now

China's inter-city rail passenger network is similar to what obtained in the US until King Car was foisted upon the public after WW II.
Today it is critically important that no more concrete be poured for runways and highways, and that fast efficient rail passenger service be restored and expanded to connect US cities.
