Activists starts to walk on the pavement and conduct a march. A police car (with only one driver) passing by is reporting the situation by phone.
Within 1 minute, activists stop the actions and disassemble to avoid the arrival of the OMOH (the Russian riot police).

At the same time, the square in front of the city hall – the publicly reported location for Pride – was blocked with fences. Protesters were kept away. Reports say that police arrested 15 protesters before the event started.
