Activists starts to walk on the pavement and conduct a march. A police car (with only one driver) passing by is reporting the situation by phone.

Within 1 minute, activists stop the actions and disassemble to avoid the arrival of the OMOH (the Russian riot police).

At the same time, the square in front of the city hall – the publicly reported location for Pride – was blocked with fences. Protesters were kept away. Reports say that police arrested 15 protesters before the event started.

We ask all readers of this notice to please contact the Russian embassy and demand that they respect the basic human right of Lesbian and Gay people to assemble. Demand that they immediately release all those who were arrested.
