The capitalist press of the San Francisco Bay Area, the San Francisco Chronicle, cited above, glosses over the heinous crimes advocated by this Nazi lawyer, with our tax dollars. This constitutes the Nazification of the press. Keep in mind fascism is capitalism without the democratic facade so as to maxmize the profits of the capitalist class, the primary goal and law of capitalism.

Nazi lawyers were prosecuted at Nuremberg. Allowing John Yoo to "teach" constitutes the Nazification of the law schools of this increasingly backward country, where torture is planned in the White House by mostly lawyers, ignored or not seriously acted upon by the various bar associations and legal organizations who should force the US government to answer for crimes against humanity at the UN and the World Court, and demand the closing of Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib and all secret prisons; the barbaric death penalty still exists, keeping in mind that most legislators at all levels are lawyers, and where the prison-concentration camp-punishment system still exists and is growing, instead of rehabilitation, a system perpetrated by lawyers in every legislative body and in every Department of Justice and every district attorney's office. The moniker for the district attorney is "sending poor people to jail," and the same is basically true of the US Attorney's office. These are the Nazi lawyers, of whom John Yoo is one. Fire John Yoo, disbar John Yoo and the same is true for all the other Nazi lawyers. Force John Yoo and all the other Nazi lawyers to live on the same workingclass wages or pension the average worker must endure. Do not send anyone to prison; close the prisons. We anti-fascists are abolitionists; we want the death penalty and prisons abolished and rehabilitation to be promoted with our tax dollars.
