This article makes some interesting points, although Friendster is so two minutes ago. As Zoe points out, the increasing mainstreaming of this service is going to send it straight to the toilet.
Friendster deleted my fakester profile for Infoshop, so it seem clear to me that Friendster will soon go the way of Geocities.
It would be nice if there was an alternative to Friendster.
