See what you're missing here, either intentionall or because you're just too stupid to realize, is that this attack on the Church and it's congregation (and it was a planned, orchestrated attack - nothing less) wasn't targeting rich white republicans at a fundraiser, it wasnt' targeting Haliburton employees at a company picnic, it was targeting Christians at a Church during the holiest of days for their faith - so yes, hate crime.
