Case Number is 2007C6490
Judge is indeed Hibler, as well as assignment to Magistrate Nolan
Just for purposes of general information, you can get case information, including copies of court documents, such as complaints, etc., complete with case numbers, etc. in .pdf format from the court's own website. you need to register for a Pacer i.d. number, and then you are charged 8 cents a page. The way it is set up, however, they don't actually bill you until your bill gets to $10, making the first $9 bucks worth or so effectively free if you don't purchase documents over $9.99. registration itself is free.
This is also nifty, because there is generally 24 hour access, eliminating the need to go to the courthouse to get documents, and you can search by party name, etc., so you can find the case number, etc. if you don't have it. www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/
is the district court for the N.D. of Illinois website.
CM/ECF box on the top of the website is where you click to get to access pacer.psc.uscourts.gov or call (800) 676-6856 is where you register for access.
if you are not an attorney, Pacer i.d. to get documents is what you want, NOT an e-filing account that let's you file documents with the court.
