Since this cop, apparently hell-bent upon arresting someone who questioned his exalted position as god-with-badge, acted without due cause, what is his punishment? Why is he allowed to cuff a man's hands behind his back, push him into a squad car, then haul him off to the lock-up, with nothing bad happening to him?
Shouldn't this de facto "false arrest" be worth at least a month off without pay? 48 hours in the slammer? Or do cops have some inherent right to hassle whenever they feel like it?
