it seems like there has been near complete silence on this since the first day indymedia reported his arrest on that freeway... given that indymedia is regularly flooded with things that many might call conspiracy theories, where is the discussion on this? from the lack of interest i feel like i must be missing some obvious point of guilt... is defending yet another black man (human rights worker or not) just too much work for the majority white activists that frequent indymedia? i include myself in this, but i'm just wondering why this isn't a scandal.
