Target is going to leave Chicago over $10 an hour? I don't believe it no matter what they threaten. Costco is making good profits here in town at an average wage of $15 and a union to boot. I'd make a friendly wager on it. But even if I'm wrong, and they do, let's organize a 'Co-Mart' coop collaborative to take over the space, do things right and still make money.
