the whole reason that the they are saying burge cannot be prosecuted is because too much time has passed, but the whole reason too much time has passed is because the states atty. has covered up the abuse and never prosecuted any cops for the torture.

that is indeed definite dereliction of duty, and that type of shotty, irresponsible opinion is the sure sign that patrick fitzgerald will also be complicit with the torture, and choose to maintain the cover-up.
