While Apple may be the biggest distributor of DRM products I can't help but feal they use it because they have to. True they own the market for digital music but only because they had a great product that was doing very well, but also took the agressive road and made the deals with the media holders. I think they made the best deal they could to get the rights to distribute the content.
Let's target the real problem, the fat cat digital rights holders. The same guys that were selling CD singles for + $10.
Let's target the real problem, which is the commercialization of cultural production. Which is the illusion that any corporate interest is at all benevolent, ever. Which is the confusion between Freedom and our ability to Buy More Crap.
