Nothing here will probably surprise anyone, but ABOMA put out a bulletin to all building management in the loop about what to expect:
* Strong police presence (didn't you hear on the news the other day that CPD was going to be mellower this time around?)
* Blocked traffic on all north and south streets from Damen to LSD
* Closed Kennedy expressway on and off ramps
* Shut down of all Loop traffic
* Grid lock
* CTA bus reroutes
* Interrupted cell phone usage
* Employee absence (heh heh heh. Say those damn commies blocked your way to work!)
They say to expect marchers seeking restrooms and water, and in case of inclement weather, shelter. They don't tell people to help them or not. They suggest all uniformed business personnel be highly visible and stationed at doors.
