Pilsen should consider itself lucky to receive so much investment in their community. Citizens of the neighborhood can look forward to their homes being worth more when this project is completed. They couldn't expect the same benefits if an industrial site was built nearby. Heck, they'd probably complain about pollution if a factory was installed.
