Everybody would like to see a development in a poor community. The problem is; who is developing for whom, and destroying a historical cultural environment of Latin immigrants. Instead of making this community more strong economically and happy. Under, dubious agreements, payoffs political cronyism, some crooks will get rich and poor people has no place to go, culturally rich community is destroyed.
