Oh they're candidates. Makes sense now. From left to right, Len Dominguez, candidate for Cook County Commissioner, 7th District. Oscar Torres, candidate for State Senate, 1st District. Francisco Rodriguez, candidate for State Representative, 2nd District. Photo taken at the rally outside the site of the proposed development at 18th & Peoria.
