Point being that if it's going to have a negative effect on the community it's better left empty. Kind of the Hippocratic Oath thingy, at first do no harm... The city is supposed to be finding industrial investments for the area and that was a point brought up last night. While many residents could probably find use for a home, decent paying jobs would be something that was actually asked for by the community.
