So what /you're/ saying is that it's OK for a capitalist to take over a business, including all of its assets, but not its debts?!?

That's criminal! That will encourage capitalists to sell each other businesses and deny workers the wages they have earned (minus of course the "surplus value" that is stolen by the capitalists in the /first/ place!)

I suppose you'd argue that successful mass demonstrations against racism are /also/ a form of extortion?!?
