The protest organisers sought and were denied the permit. The government is using all the hoops it can find to make deMOCKracy unappealing. Don't cover it, then it must not have happened. I side with the Iraqi people in not agreeing with the invasion. Is it not ironic that the country followed the 'residents knee-jerk reaction to the tower attack by invading a SOVEREIGN nation that had Nothing to do with it.
