NBC5 question, "Should protesters have the right to march anywhere they want?" frames the issue in a manner skewed against protest. The Michigan Avenue demand of protesters includes the illegal arrests of March 20, 2003, and the lengthy arguments presented before both the Mayor's permit Commission and the Federal Court.

The NBC5 question ignores all of this perhaps hoping that most people would mark a "no" to such apparent permissiveness.
