It's still green. That ordinance is plainly unconsitutional -- even the City's tamer Gang Loitering Ordinance was struck down (and the new GLO is questionable.)

Could you get arrested? Sure. If a cop wants to arrest you, he'll find some excuse. But that's true every time you walk down the street, with or without other people.

Staying in the sidewalks makes this one green. The vast bulk of the police on this march will be downtown, and won't be bothered with feeders. They'll have their hands full downtown. And they aren't going to divert their precious resources to a bunch of nice people walking on the sidewalk.

They are concerned about keeping people off Michigan. They are not concerned with this feeder.

Comrade you may be, but your fear is misplaced.
