The military is paid for by tax dollars - as is education. Let's outsource that as well. Seems to work for Al Qaida. - a privately funded operation, built upon the amassed fortunes of a successful construction and real estate business - whose CEO I might add, remains a strong supporter of religious education, free enterprise and family values. Aynn Rand would be proud.
