the feds supplied the drugs, guns, money and key player in this case. no money, guns or drugs changed hands. it was all owned by the feds.
they can spend all this money on crooked cops, guns, drugs; drop charges on an informant, but they can't revitalize a neighborhood.
who knew aaron would get mixed up with such low lives, the federal bureau of infestation.
