What does this man's prior convictions have to do with being shot in the BACK OF THE HEAD. There are people who have no criminal record and kill their whole family, so a ciminal background doesn't always hold merit,yet sometimes it links a behavior. So the question is, "Did this man pose a threat before the time of death?"
