What this article doesn't mention is that this man had previously been arrested multiple times and carried several FELONY convictions, including BATTERY, narcotics & unlawful use of weapons charges. The sentimentality present in this article has no place in professional journalism. It is PROPAGANDA.

What does this man's prior convictions have to do with being shot in the BACK OF THE HEAD. There are people who have no criminal record and kill their whole family, so a ciminal background doesn't always hold merit,yet sometimes it links a behavior. So the question is, "Did this man pose a threat before the time of death?"
