Louisville Orchestra looking for scabs

I know nothing about the issues behind this, but in looking for a job in Birmingham (UK) I came across this advert for scabs to undermine striking musicians.
"Openings are available for qualified symphonic musicians looking for permanent employment to replace musicians who are on strike."

"Please be advised that the Louisville Orchestra is currently regarded by the AFM as being on the union's "Unfair List." Union members who choose to work for an orchestra on the "Unfair List," risk being fined and disciplined by the AFM. The Louisville Orchestra does not require any musician to resign their union membership in order to work for the LO, nor does it require musicians who work for the LO to retain union membership."

This advert was on a website for Birmingham UK but they're presumably putting the advert about closer to home, so it should definitely be passed on to the strikers so they can decide how to handle this.

I'm not sure this was the best place to post this - I'm English and Chicago looked pretty close on the map. If there's a better place please repost it there.
