That there are two parties of imperialist war in the United States was again demonstrated when most Democrats (149) voted to keep the dollars flowing to support Obama's "no hostilities" bombing of Libyan civilians. Only thirty-sex Democrats voted to defund the operations that Obama claims do not rise to the level of "hostilities" as defined by the War Powers Act.
