Army Private First Class Bradley Manning stands accused by the U.S. government of being the source of 260,000 diplomatic government cables and over 90,000 intelligence reports, later distributed to the press by WikiLeaks. After his arrest in Iraq in May 2010 and his transfer back to the U.S. in July, the Army intelligence analyst has been held in solitary confinement at the Marine Corps Brig in Quantico, Va., undergoing a mental health evaluation and awaiting pre-trial hearings. In early March, military prosecutors filed an additional 22 charges against Manning, including allegations that he "aided the enemy," which could carry the death penalty. Story continues
