WHAT: Join us - People of Faith and Good Will - All for the 22nd Annual Good Friday Walk for Justice this Friday, March 29th (Rain, snow or shine).

WHERE: The Walk begins at the Plaza on the north east corner of Michigan and Congress at NOON and ends at the Thompson Ctr Plaza at approximately 2:30 - 3:00PM

WHY: The theme this year: "Imagine Peace. Birth Justice" suggest people of good will be about the business of creating a world more just society, one filled with right relationships, one without wars, one that provides a just distribution of resources. If we don't envision (IMAGINE PEACE) such a world, we'll never make it happen (BIRTH JUSTICE)for this world.

ISSUES that will be included in the Walk are: Peace/NO War, the environment, globalization/anti-sweatshops, prisoners of conscience, Vieques, Iraq & the Middle East, women/homelessness, the death penalty.

The Tenth Station (Thompson Ctr) will remember all our ancestors who not only imagined a future with peace, but birthed justice by their life and work, such as Dolores Brooks, OP, 8th Day Staff Member for whom the Walk is dedicated.
