Seeing all the problems consumers have had related to Microsoft's "Windows Vista" operating system,I'm wondring if anyone has launched a "Class Action Lawsuit" against Microsoft for the plague of difficulties,trouble and grief they've had to endure from using this Windows Vista program?

I bought a laptop from Dell with Windows Vista on it and it is just a total pain in the ass.I asked Dell if they would take it back and install Windows XP on it instead and they said they would - but the cost to me would be another $229.00 dollars! This is just not satisfactory at all!
